The Process
1. Design
After we receive your enquiry, we will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a time to meet. During this initial meeting we work closely with you to discuss your personal requirements and gather all the information we need to create a design tailored exactly to your needs. We then work to create a swimming pool proposal and design that reflects our discussions.

2. Council approval
Once the design and finer details have been formalised for you pool, we then take care of the structural engineering, local council application and approvals and obtain our building permit to commence construction.

3. Excavation
The first step of excavation is to 'peg out' the outline of the pool, making sure we have correct dimensions. Next, excavation begins. This is a very crucial part of the process, ensuring we achieve our required size and depths.

4. Form work and steel
Once your hole has been dug, it is time to form up the pool. The form work is placed in line with your design drawings. Structural steel is then 'laced' together as per the structural engineering details for the pool. At this point, all of the filtration pipework and lighting provisions are fit off. Once your pool shell is formed up and ready for concrete, we tidy your site and install protective plastic to the perimeter of the pool, ensuring we keep any existing structures and finishes clean.

5. Concrete
Concrete is sprayed into place, using the Shot-Crete method, and 'cut' by our professional team. After concreting, your site is cleaned of any building materials and the pool is left to 'cure' for a minimum of one week before back-filling. Prior to back-filling, we will run all of the filtration pipework to your pool equipment location.

6. Tiling and headers
Once the pool has sufficiently cured, the finishes can be applied. The waterline tile, headers and step-tread tiles are laid. Once your pool header has been installed, your paving can be completed behind the pool.

7. Filtration equipment installation
Your filtration equipment is one of the last components to be installed before your pool is plastered and filled ready for swimming. Depending on the complexity of the system this may take anywhere from a few hours up to a few days.

8. Pool plaster and acid wash
Once we give your pool one final clean, and it's then ready to be plastered. Bright and early in the morning our team will arrive and begin to plaster your pool. Once your pool has been plastered, it will sit and cure for the remainder of the day. The very next day we will acid wash your pool to bring up the colours in your plaster and commence filling your pool.

9. Pool fill and commissioning
Once your pool is full, we then commission your filtration gear making sure everything is running as it should be. We then clean and balance the water, ready for your first swim!

10. Completion
Once we have completed your pool, we will run you the process of maintaining your pool for longevity. We provide a 20-year structural warranty, and will always be available to answer any questions you may have after completion.
